As we jump each hurdle presented to us this year, however, we inch closer to a new beginning, including features and enhancements for you to shop, learn, and discover the quality that LiftMode has to offer more seamlessly. We’ve kept our classic design while improving aspects like performance, instantaneous updates and bug fixes, and integrations, but as we all know, all great things take time.

Q: What should I do if I can’t log into my account?
A: Accounts created or with passwords that have been updated in the past three to six months may present this issue. In this case, all you need to do is follow the steps for resetting your password by clicking on “forgot password” at the login page. You may need to repeat this process more than once. If you’re still having trouble, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
You might also see the following message when trying to log in. In this case, please enter your customer email and you will receive a password reset link in your inbox.
Q: Why can’t I see my recent orders?
A: Orders that are placed before launching to our new platform are still placed and in our system to be processed and shipped to you as usual. However, your order will not yet show up in your account on Liftmode.com. If you have any questions regarding your order, please refer either to your associated email for order confirmation or contact our friendly customer service team for updates on the status of your order using your order number from the confirmation email.

If any issues persist and you are unable to access your account or place an order, we will continue to provide access to our old website, which can be accessed through old.liftmode.com.
How to report bugs
