Rhodiola Rosea Powder

I bought some rhodiola rosea from Liftmode out of curiosity since I read that it helps to boost energy, and I'm quite impressed with it. One full measuring spoon (400 mg) gives me pretty visible energy boost. I actually don't feel any mood impact, only energy boost - but this is what I wanted. One thing to be aware of - the effect lasts for quite a while, and may interfere with sleep if taken late in the day or at higher dose.
