Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) is a synthetically produced nucleotide and a precursor for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), a cofactor required in the activity of many enzymatic reactions. When it was consumed as a dietary supplement, it was widely known for its positive effects on cellular health and longevity. NMN has the chemical formula C11H15N2O8P+ and a molecular weight of 255.25 g/mol.
Nicotinamide Mononucleotide Benefits and Uses
Chemically, NMN has similar properties to Nicotinamide Riboside. These molecules are precursors to nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), an enzyme that serves as a source of cellular energy and is involved in the repair and renewal of multiple biological functions.
Anecdotally, increasing NAD+ levels in the body has perceived regenerative benefits on cellular health as well as cognitive function, supporting mental clarity and focus. In anti-aging research, various studies have explored the potential of NMN to enhance longevity and improve metabolism.
NMN stability
Some researchers have claimed that over time NMN may degrade into nicotinamide (a form of vitamin B3) during exposure to heat and moisture. To give our customers ultimate confidence in the purity of NMN that arrives, LiftMode painstakingly controls all steps of production and logistics to minimize degradation.
Micro-batch production: Prior to manufacturing, LiftMode’s raw NMN is kept at sub-zero temperature in 1kg vacuum-sealed oxygen barrier bags, and is produced in “micro batches” to minimize environmental exposure for ultimate stability.
All units are stored & shipped on ice Fresh & Pure from warehouse to door, all NMN units are now shipped in insulated cooler bags with ice packs, to minimize heat-related degradation during shipping.
Independent third-party HPLC verified purity As with all LiftMode products, we rigorously test to verify purity and provide a full COA.

Scientific Consensus
Studies found Nicotinamide Mononucleotide to be safe and well-tolerated when it was consumed in quantities of 300-500 mg per day for periods of 8 weeks.
NMN, like NR, had very few and mild side effects which include nausea, headaches, fatigue, and indigestion. Currently, there isn’t enough information regarding the safety of Nicotinamide Mononucleotide for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or if it can be used by children.
LiftMode NMN is sold as a nootropic compound, for personal research in longevity science.
Please note: Special in-house handling and storage procedures ensure our NMN is consistently kept at sub-zero temperatures. While our insulated bags and accompanying ice packs are specially selected to minimize heat exposure while your product is in transit, ordering before 4pm and selecting ‘Next Day Air’ shipping are both highly recommended to keep the shipment as cold as possible.
