The best ROA I've found for THH is to hold it under the tongue for at least 5 minutes. Additionally, it helps to suck on a vitamin C drop while holding it under the tongue. Around 5 minutes one can notice some mood enhancement, but that's only the start and it continues building upwards of 20+ minutes. Later on, feelings of warmth enveloping the body and tingling in extremities can be felt.
